Packaging Requirements & Compensation Standards & Insurance

(小标题 )Packaging Requirements
1. The customer marking must be clearly indicated on both sides of the outer box/outer package of each piece of goods

2. The supplier/seller must provide the packing list and list before shipping the goods

3. The transporter/courier must be delivered cargo directly to our warehouse. If need to pick up the goods at the site, please be sure to notify the customer service in advance to inquire about the quotation and arrangement

4. Must comply with the above regulations and provide complete information to avoid additional costs due to rejection/re-delivery of goods

5. Packaging Requirements:
i.Cartons box : Three to five layers of thick paper skin, covered with woven bag/stretch film, and reinforced by packing rope

ii. Glass/Fragile/Machines :Standard fragile packaging (anti-collision/anti-fall/anti-breakage/thick bubble film) and put it on a wooden frame/wooden box

iii. Food/liquid:Food must be vacuum packed, packed in thick carton, covered with woven bag/stretch film to prevent smell/liquid overflow

iv: If a single cartons of cargo exceeds 50 kg, a wooden frame / wooden box must have feet for forklift load/unloading

v. High-value goods :According to the above two packages (i & ii), it is recommended to insure, please contact customer service for details

Various types/sizes/weights/volumes of goods are loaded together during the transportation process, and the goods are moved from the warehouse to the destination for many times. Collision/squeezing/abrasion cannot be avoided. Circumstance, so strengthening the packaging can protect the goods and reduce the chance of damage


6. This warehouse is systematized, small express goods must be filled in to Oder Form as given with require  information and provide to customer service before turn in Warehouse.



Disclaimer :

1.  The company is only responsible for the transportation of goods. Losses or expenses caused by unqualified packaging/natural loss/intrinsic defects/characteristics and the rise and fall of market prices will not be accepted.

2.  Fragile goods, ceramics, deformable goods, explosive, flammable, corrosive, toxic, infectious, fresh, medicine, optical discs, radioactive items that may endanger the delivery safety, violations of laws and regulations International air transportation of articles, antiques, currency, plant and animal specimens, wild animal products, various documents, jewelry and imitation accessories, etc., animal and plant extracts protected by the state, and various items prohibited by national laws and regulations, arms and weapons, etc. Association (IATA) restricted items do not participate in the claim

3.  Non-human factors such as customs deductions / strict customs inspections / delays in customs clearance / local delivery issues, etc. / severe weather / thunder and lightning / tsunami / earthquake / flooding natural disasters / shipowner issues / national policies / festivals / and other non-human factors have exceeded the expected time limit, As a result, the goods will not participate in the claim due to the irresistible factors such as the over-the-shelf period/over-the-warranty period/exceeding the contractual validity/freight cycle

4.  The goods are free to be stored for 1 week (7 days) after the goods are in the warehouse. The warehouse has the right to compulsorily load the container after the deadline. The loss/damage of the goods will not be accepted.

5.  If the declared information does not match the actual consignment, the responsibility of concealing/falsely reporting that the sensitive object is a general cargo shall be borne by the customer; if this causes losses to our company, our company reserves the right to hold you accountable for related responsibilities


小标题 Compenstation Standard

1.      Lost parts in warehouse: Compensation according to the actual price of the goods (maximum compensation is RMB500)

2.      Pieces lost during transportation: Compensation is based on three times the shipping cost of the lost pieces

3.      If the goods are found to be damaged or torn before signing for receipt, please take photos and inspect the goods in front of the driver as soon as possible. Measure the weight of the package and note on the receipt.

4.      For any issues such as missing/missing goods/wrong goods received, please provide the goods photos, weight photos, receipt receipt and other evidence to feedback to the customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

5.      If you find the goods are damaged or lost, please prepare the goods invoice, physical photos, and the Chop Signed DO that has been remarked when receiving goods, then notify our customer service to arrange compensation procedure

6.      After verification by our company, the compensation will be based on the actual value of the goods or triple the freight of the missing parts, whichever is lower, the claim shall not exceed RMB 500.

小标题 Insurance

For high-value products, low-freight products, high-value products, and items that are easy to lose, it is recommended to purchase insurance before shipment.
The insurance fee is 5% of the value of the goods (minimum RM 100/shipment), and the compensation is 100% of the value of the goods, and the freight is not refundable!
