Chargeable Volume & Overweight Conversion Standards

·  M3 Calculation : Long x Width x Height (Meter) = m3

·  Overweight Calculation  :Actual Weight / 400kg = Chargeable m3

a) Packaging Requirements

To ensure safe and smooth delivery, please follow these packaging and shipping regulations:

1.    Each parcel must clearly display the customer’s unique code on at least two sides of the outer packaging.

2.    Suppliers/sellers must provide a full packing list and product list before shipping the goods.

3.    All goods must be delivered directly to our warehouse. If pickup from a delivery point is required, please contact customer service in advance for quotation and arrangements.

4.    Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in rejection or re-delivery of the parcel, with any resulting costs borne by the customer.

5.    Recommended packaging for different types of goods:

o    Standard cartons: Use 3–5 layers of reinforced cardboard, wrapped with woven bag or stretch film, and tied securely with packing rope.

o    Glass/fragile/machinery: Must be packed using professional shock-resistant methods (e.g., thick bubble wrap) and placed in wooden crates or frames.

o    Food/liquids: Food must be vacuum-sealed, packed in reinforced cartons, and wrapped with woven bags/stretch film to prevent leakage or odors.

o    Single cartons over 50kg: Must be packed in wooden crates or boxes with pallet bases equipped with forklift feet for easier loading and unloading.

o    High-value goods: Insurance is strongly recommended for items packed under points (i) and (ii). Please consult customer service for more information.

💡Gentle Reminder:
Goods are loaded into bulk containers, where various items of different sizes, weights, and types are mixed together. Multiple handlings from warehouse to destination may cause unavoidable collisions, compressions, or abrasions. Reinforced packaging helps reduce the risk of damage during transit.

This includes situations where such delays result in goods exceeding their shelf life, warranty period, contractual validity, or freight cycle.
